The Cottage in Conifer Meadows is located approximately 10 minutes past Meyer Ranch Park off of highway 285 in Conifer. It is paved road the entire way to the property.
Included in your rental is:
- Interior and exterior of the rustic cabin with large south-facing windows
- A short trail through the meadow with a rustic bridge / access to the meadow itself
- Newborn/baby photo set up, if desired
- Clothesline set up, if desired
- Wildflower field in the spring/summer/early fall
The winter/holiday set will be up Nov 3-Dec 31st, but is entirely interchangeable and/or removable. Decorations are hung with Command hooks or small nails and can be removed or changed as desired. When you book, please text me with any requests and I am happy to get the studio ready to your liking for your booking.
*The newborn/baby set will not be in the studio while the winter set is up. If you would like it to be, please let me know and I will move it in for your booking*
Recommended booking times based on lighting:
- Indoor - 8:00am to about 3pm
- Golden hour: Approximately 1hr to 1.5hr before Conifer sunset time
